At Samarpan Multi-Disability Rehab Centre, we value the trust and generosity of every donor and supporter. We aim to ensure transparency and clarity in all our financial transactions.

Donations

• Donations made voluntarily to Samarpan are generally non-refundable.

• However, in case of:

  • An accidental duplicate donation

  • A donation made in the wrong amount

  • A technical error during payment

You may request a refund by contacting us within 7 days of the transaction.

Event Fees / Sponsorship

• For paid workshops, events, or sponsorships, cancellation requests must be made in writing.

• Refunds (if applicable) will depend on the terms shared at the time of registration.

Process for Refund

• Email your request with transaction details to: contact.samarpancentre@gmail.com

• Valid refund requests will be reviewed and processed to the original payment method within 15 working days.

Important Note

• Refunds will not be processed for tax benefits already claimed by the donor.

• Samarpan reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria above.
